Privacy Policy
This site does not collect or store personal data. The contact form submits your message via a third-party forwarding service — no data is stored by this site.
We do not use analytics cookies, tracking scripts, or third-party embeds that collect personal information.
Community Library
The community library (library.modulo.run) is a separate, opt-in service. When you submit a primitive to it, we process the following data: your organisation slug and display name, a verified contact email (stored, never displayed publicly), an opaque instance identifier, and the submitted content itself.
We process this data to operate the library: verify submitters, run the automated review pipeline, publish to the signed catalog, and handle takedown and abuse reports.
Submissions are attributed to pseudonymous organisation identifiers, not real names. Your contact email is stored so we can reach you about your submission, but it is never displayed.
Before submission, your content is scanned for secrets, exfiltration, and personal data. Likely personal data (emails, phone numbers, national ID numbers, credit card numbers, IP addresses) is masked before any AI or sandbox processing takes place.
You can request erasure of your data at any time (GDPR Article 17). Erasure revokes your published primitives and anonymises your stored identifiers. Contact privacy@modulo.run to request erasure.
The library is hosted in the EU (Fly.io, Amsterdam region). The review pipeline uses sandboxed execution (E2B) and an LLM provider, and Cloudflare provides edge/CDN delivery. All sub-processors are listed in our Data Processing Agreement.
This marketing website itself still collects no personal data. The community library is a separate, opt-in service — using it is entirely your choice.
